StatusNeg= If Enchant has a negative value, mark it down here. Otherwise blank.
StatusReq= Requirement for Enchant to work, leave blank if none.
OtherStat= If Enchant doesn't affect one of the main stats. Otherwise blank.
DupeStat= If Enchant affects a stat more than once, .ie +5 Dex if lvl +10 AND +5 Dex if lvl +15. For cases such as Scrupulous, use Other as if it was Dupe
