Jenna has a relation to Leymore, which is the only reason she is important in the C3 mainstream.

Generation 9

(Spoiler)

Jenna is a sole survivor of the "Tragedy of Emain Macha" when she was young, and her family was wiped out. Leymore then took her care afterward, and impressed her with Alchemy.
Afterward, Collen adopted her and then also looked after her.

She is found unconscious near some of Fallon's dead army in G9, and disappears after you and her defend yourselves from the Fomor attack.

Later on, you rescue her while being captive by some of these Temple Knights, an organization she left. She gives you an item to see why she left.
The reason why is because the Temple Knights ordered her to assassinate Leymore. She attempted, but it was disrupted and realized he was important to her.

She then enters the Shadow Realm alone, where Collen asks you to save her in Rescue Jenna. After fighting off some monsters, the Expeditionary Force arrives in time for rescue.

Lastly, she is seen with Leymore and Cai, who attempt to disarm a barrier surrounding you and Claimh Solas.

Generation 11

In G11, it is claimed that she killed Cichol by using the Brionac.

A girl with a hammer in one hand stands studying a sheet of metal. She doesn't look quite how you'd expect a Blacksmith to look. But the passion in her eyes is undeniable. They burn like Palala, despite her new role.

Jenna traded her weapons for a hammer and taken up Blacksmithing^[when?]. In Ferghus's Gift Shadow Mission, Leymore tells you she had visited Bangor to learn from Edern.

In some^[which?] G11 Shadow Missions she can repair your weapons and armor for free (due to a bug, prices are displayed incorrectly). Success rate is 80%.

In Memories from the Royal Castle Banquet quest, Jenna is shown taking part in banquet, rejecting Keith's advances.
