A dagger for cutting or trimming small things. Not a worthy weapon, but very good for shearing wool from sheep and other useful tasks.

The Gathering Knife is mostly meant to be used for shearing sheep to collect wool.
It can also be used for cutting leather for the Weaving skill.
Due to the knife's low cost in the stores, some use it to put enchants on for Enchant skill training.
