• Appeared in Rano near the Qilla Base Camp but only during the St. Patrick's Day Event (2010-3-10 to 2010-3-23).
• One of the requirements of the event's "Deliver the Supplies to the Expeditionary Force" quest was to find and talk to this event NPC.
  • He would give a player 2 Lucky Four-Leaf Clovers.
• After completing the event's quest more clovers could be obtained by talking to him every 3 in-game hours. The reset happened at exactly 3, 6, 9 and 12 o' clock am and pm every Erinn day. He would always give 2 Lucky Four-Leaf Clovers.
